Hi guys! I just started dating a guy I’ve liked for four years (already did a prayer intention thread for that, actually), and it would be a blessing to get prayers for our relationship. I like him a lot, and I want to make sure that don’t become *too *attached, as only He knows where I’m supposed to be in the future. Please pray for us that we can learn to go slowly and stay within all the ground rules and moral rules we already have. We have a great foundation in God, but I pray that we can keep it there! 🙂 God bless all of you!

You are very wise to turn to God and prayer in this time of your life. Stay close to God and no matter the outcome with this young man it will be the right one.

I would encourage you to go to the vigil mass on Saturday nights before your dates. It’s a great way to start the evening! My husband and I often attended mass together, whereas other boys I dated, including Catholics boys, didn’t. Boy did that make a difference!

I completely agree with that. One way I knew my husband was the one was that he didn’t just respect my moral stance he was absolutely committed to encouraging me to follow God and strengthen my faith.
