My Father, Dave, has been having side pains for a long time now and we fear it is his gall bladder. We hope that the tests come back and say that he only needs to have it removed. Not anything more serious. But he has become very sick, and my mother and I are afraid that something worse may happen.
Also, late last year he lost his job and has had many interviews but no offers. He has become quite depressed, and just generally dejected.

If you would be so kind as to say a quick prayer for my father’s health and job opportunities, I would be very thankful.

Hail Mary, Full of Grace, the Lord is with you. Blessed are you among women and blessed is the Fruit of your womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our deaths. Amen.

In Christ,

Consider it done.

Hope it is a simple thing and he’ll be feeling better soon. Stress from trying to find work can also cause lots of physical problems.

I pray that your father’s health is quickly restored and that he is able to find fulfilling work soon.

It is difficult for anyone to be unemployed but for the head of house it can have so much to do with being the ‘good provider’. You may be able to help him during this challenge by acknowledging how much he has and continues to do for your family. How valuable his contribution to the well being of the family, both material and non material. We think that our parents know that we are grateful for the sacrifices they have made throughout the years - but it never hurts to tell them. God Bless you and your entire family!

Thank you all so very much! This means a lot to me.
Please keep up your prayers!

O Good Saint Anne,
so justly called the Mother of the infirm,
the health of those who suffer from disease,
look kindly upon the sick person for whom I pray.

Alleviate their sufferings,
cause them to sanctify them by patience,
and by complete submission to divine will.
Finally deign to obtain health for them
and with it the firm resolution to honour Jesus, Mary and yourself
by the faithful performance of their Christian duties.

Amen.

I would like to thank you all again for your prayers. My father has his gall bladder removed and is now happy and healthy at home. While he still has to heal, your prayers did work.
If you would all be so kind as to say a Hail Mary or Our Father for his job searching efforts, I know it would make a large difference.

Thank you all again!

Praise God!
So glad that health is on it’s way to being restored!

For your father and for all those who are seeking employment so that they can care for their loved ones, Heavenly Father please open the doors to the path that lead to work that will be rewarding, healthy, and fulfilling and that will bring us closer to you. Amen

Glad to hear the operation was a success.
Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be,
world without end.
Amen.

Praying that he finds work soon …
