My mom just called - she has admitted my gramma to the hospital for low sodium levels. She has been feeling very poorly lately, dizzy, sick feeling, anxiety attacks, a whole pile of stuff. Mom finally got her into the hospital so they can find out what’s going on. She’s 86 and otherwise in excellent health, except for some back pain lately what has totally wiped her out.

Please pray for a quick recovery, and that they can treat whatever it is that is keeping this very vibrant and lovely woman down.

Thank you Ravyn - ok, you have me in tears with that one. 😦

Thanks to all! I’ll be calling her tomorrow once she’s all settled into her room. She’s in NC and I’m in MI, so can’t go visit. I hate that part.

Lord, send Your graces on this woman, who has lived a long life under Your care. Continue to give her strength and peace, and comfort. Help the hospital staff to treat her with love and respect. In Jesus name we pray.

“very vibrant and lovely” is exactly what we need out there. May she recover swiftly and continue to share her joy, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Thank you all SOOOOO MUCH!!! She is being discharged today - has had more tests than you can shake a stick at, and they have found nothing wrong with her other than some adjusting needed to her meds for anxiety. She is eating very well now, her sense of humor is back, and she’s looking forward to going home today. Even my Mom sounded better, more relieved, that hopefully they can get back into a more normal routine now. I told Gramma that she is not allowed to go home and become a patient now!! 😉 She needs to get back to her visits to the pool, and doing some sewing again (she is an amazingly talented seamstress, even still at 86, I’m having her make some curtians for my home office to keep her occupied and busy).

Thank you again everyone - your prayers, I’m convinced - are sending her home well and happy!! 😃
