For my husband's eye health

My husband has been diagnosed with a rare eye disorder called Glaucomatocyclitic Crisis, or Posner-Schlossman Syndrome. It appears the disorder has been caught early enough such that no significant damage has been done and it can be treated. We will find out more this afternoon.

We would appreciate your prayers.

Merciful Jesus, during Your life on earth You showed great concern for the sick and the infirm. Have compassion now on BeeSweet’s husband who has Glaucomatocyclitic Crisis, or Posner-Schlossman Syndromean an eye problem. Grant him a healing of mind and body and restore his strength and spirit.
Comfort him with the knowledge that we are praying for him and his family, and give them peace with a sense of Your presence. May they know that in a special way they are united with You, their suffering Christ. May they contribute to the welfare of the Whole People of God by associating themselves freely with Your passion and death for the salvation of the world. Bless, too, those who take care of the sick. In their own time of need, bestow on them a hundredfold the blessings they have given to others. Amen
 
BeeSweet, I’m so pleased that your husband’s eye issue has been discovered early, that no damage has yet occurred, and that it can be treated! Thank You, Lord!

Lord please ensure that the treatment is successful and doesn’t interfere with all that he needs to do for his own and his family’s welfare. Please bless BeeSweet’s husband, and restore his vision effectively.

Thank you all for your beautiful prayers. The exam yesterday confirmed there is no damage to his optic nerve, praise be God! This is a chronic condition which will recur throughout his life, he’ll have to be watchful of the symptoms and see the doctor whenever they recur.

We are counting our blessings! You all are among them 🙂 ❤️
