Hello,

It’s been some time now that I formally requested for prayerful intentions here on this forum, but at this point, they would be greatly needed.

So far as of late, in my secular college courses, I am starting to encounter issues in Chemistry and Calculus classes. Due to how I recently did not do so great on two individual classes for both, there’s a part of me that wants to call it quits and give up, but there’s another side that refuses to capitulate to such desires. Doubts and fears galore.

The reason for choosing such classes was part of an overall series of classes that I need to take in order to follow my father’s footsteps as an engineer. My motivations are not fuelled by money or prestige, but instead an altruistic desire to use my Catholic education help others, particularly that institution that gave me such Catholic education.

The thing is, I am a highly motivated and industrious young Catholic, but I could use support on matters such as the determination and the clear sight to triumph over my current difficulties.

So please, if anyone has any time, pray on my behalf. Pray that my resolve will be strengthened and my mind cleared from any obscure obfuscations.

Thanks,

-TWM

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

St. Monica, pray for us. Come Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of Thy faithful, and kindle in them the fire of Your love. Send forth Your Spirit, and they shall be created, and You shall renew the face of the earth. Amen.

*O most beautiful Flower of Mount Carmel, Fruitful Vine, Splendor of Heaven, who brought forth the Son of God still remaining a Virgin, assist us in this necessity. O Star of the Sea, help us, and show us that you are our Mother.

O Holy Mary, Mother of God, Queen of Heaven and earth, we humbly ask you from the depths of our heart to help us in this necessity. There are none who can withstand your power. O show us that you are our Mother.

O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee.Sweet Mother, we place this cause in your hands. Amen*

Hi,

As a college student myself, I can kind of understand some of the adversity that one may encounter during college, especially during science and math courses.

I am definitely praying that God Blesses you with confidence, strength, and perseverance in order to overcome any obstacle.

I pray that you are motivated and determined, and that you put in the hard work to match this motivation and determination.

I pray that you are Blesses with great news.
