For my sister who is about to make the biggest mistake of her life

Please pray that my sister open her eyes and her heart. She is dead set on marrying my nephew’s father:mad:. He was married when he got my sister pregnant, she then moved back home and now 4 years later decided that he’s “changed”:rolleyes: and wants to marry him. He was married for twelve years and is now divorced, he’s not Catholic yet they want to marry in the Church:mad:. Please also pray that I don’t lose it, I’ve had it with her and her poor choices!

Be loving and patient with her the way our Lord is patient with us. Sometimes they will make mistakes, but we have to love them with patience. I can relate, my sister (a good mother) made mistakes like that and it cost her the custody of her baby girl. But if God is patient, then we must be patient. Be strong:thumbsup:
 
Lord let your will be done in this situation and help this woman and this man and guide them in the way you want them to go. Thanks Lord FOR DOING THIS, in the name of Jesus, amen . Keep in prayer , our Father in heaven knows what is best for all of us . , John

I pray for your sister, her son and hope all turns out well and that God is in the center of her life, and if not that she opens her heart to the Lord.

I pray for you, Lexee15, that you provide helpful supportive assistance to your family and those around you. I have not lived your sister’s life and will not pretend to think I could have lived her life any better than she has.

May the blessings of God be upon you all.

Lord, watch over Lexee’s sister. In your infinite wisdom guide her and direct her in all that she does, may she follow Your Will for her only. Grant patience and trust to Lexee O Lord, that she may support her sister, and help her face her trials with love and compassion, and profound faith in you.

That was beautiful! I am going to use this as a prayer for my upcoming wedding - when we are getting aggitated with each other.

I will pray that Lexee’s sister be led by God and her heart open to what He wants.

Dear Lord, I beg You to penetrate this relationship and allow both of them to open up to Your will and Your desire for them. Shine Your light on them and help them to turn to You and seek You first. In Jesus name we pray.
 
Praying for your sister, and you that god helps you to stay calm, and not say the wrong thing, your sister needs you right now because if it doesn’t work out she will need you to be there for her :gopray2:

I can relate, my sister had a child out of wedlock and got married after a year. They are getting divorced after 3 years of marriage. I am quite sad. May peace be with you and know you are not alone!
 
Keeping your sister in prayer that The Holy Spirit will enlighten her… and you also for strength and trust in The Lord and His Mercy…as someone else said here : Be strong!👍 …

Awww, Lexee … I can relate – I have watched my (older) sister make far too many wrong choices!

May the Holy Spirit touch your sister’s eyes and heart, that she may see the truth and do what is right in God’s eyes. May He bless and protect your tender and precious nephew, who has no voice in this situation. May He bring peace to you and your family. May He bless you abundantly for wanting to do what is right in His eyes. Peace …
