Recently I have fallen back into the sin of pornography and masturbation due to loneliness while at the same time my pray life has weaken, please pray for me

I pray that our Heavenly Father provides you a boost of guidance, strength, and other blessings.

The fact that you ask other believers to pray for you shows that you are a disciple. It is okay to admit to God that your willpower alone is insufficient and that you need His grace. Also consider developing a routine that helps to crowd-out temptation.
 
LORD Jesus please help your child from the snares of the devil.
 
Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Don’t let your mindfulness of sin tend to nudge you away from God. Keep on going TO God.
 
Father please help this person gain their strength to not sin. May they learn strong about your word and surround themselves around other Christians that can provided strong will. In your name, Jesus amen!
