Please pray with me for the repose of the spouse, of a friend, whose mental state made a choice to relinquish life. In support of my friend’s agony and in reconciliation with the beautiful memories they shared, left behind. St. Peter, in your agony you sought the Lord’s forgiveness for your betrayal of Him, whereas Judas could not. May I ask your intercession in the effects of this hopeless act. In our loving Lord’s name, Amen.

Eternal rest grant unto their soul o Lord and let perpetual light shine upon them. May they rest in peace. Amen. O Lord please bless, comfort and protect their spouse.
 
Lord our God, the death of this particular person recalls our human condition and the brevity of our lives on earth. But for those who believe in Your love, death is not the end, nor does it destroy the bonds that You forge in our lives. We share the faith of Your Son’s disciples and the hope of the children of God. Bring the light of Christ’s resurrection to this time of testing and pain as we pray for this person’s soul and for those who loved them, through Christ our Lord. Amen. +
 
O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!

O My Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of Hell and lead all souls to Heaven, especially those who are in most need of Thy mercy.

Eternal rest grant to them, O Lord; and let light perpetual shine upon them. May their souls, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
Oh, St. Joseph, whose protection is so great, so strong, so prompt before the throne of God. I place in you all my interests and desires. Oh, St. Joseph, do assist me by your powerful intercession, and obtain for me from your divine Son all spiritual blessings, through Jesus Christ, our Lord. So that, having engaged here below your heavenly power, I may offer my thanksgiving and homage to the most loving of Fathers.

Oh, St. Joseph, I never weary of contemplating you, and Jesus asleep in your arms; I dare not approach while He reposes near your heart. Press Him in my name and kiss His fine head for me and ask him to return the Kiss when I draw my dying breath. St. Joseph, Patron of departing souls - Pray for this dear departed soul and their family.

Dear Jesus, I offer through you the Our Father and Glory Be for the deceased and those left here on earth. Amen.
