Please join me in praying for those who were killed, injured, or traumatized in the recent London mosque attack.

Also please pray for an end to terrorist attacks in London and elsewhere and for the safety from terrorism of all persons regardless of religious denomination or lack thereof.
 
I will be praying a second Rosary later today specifically for Catholic Answers intentions I have tagged today. Adding this intention to my list

Prayer to Bl. John Fenwick and Bl. John Gavan

Blessed John Fenwick and Blessed John Gavan, you lived in England when it was a perilous time to be a Catholic. Thus you both were implicated in the frenzy that came after the Popish Plot. Though King Charles knew you to be innocent, he still went forward with the charges, commuting them down to simply a hanging instead of also being drawn and quartered. Like Jesus, you were both convicted of a crime though you were innocent and both of you died for your faith.

Blesseds John Fenwick and Gavan, please pray for those of us still in this exile, that we may show the courage and faith that you did. I also ask you humbly to please pray for the intentions posted on this forum, for my family and friends, for people who have asked for my prayers, and for the faithfully departed. On this your feast day, please intercede mightily with God for us, and beg Him to have mercy on our failings, so that despite our weakness, we may join you both in heaven we pray with you through Christ our Lord, and with the Blessed Mother. Amen.
 
I will be saying a Rosary later today for all the prayer intentions I have tagged on CAF today. I will add all victims of terrorism around the world to today’s list. May God bless them all and their families too, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

For the original intention and also for the recent victims of the car attack on Eid celebrators in Newcastle and for the repose of the soul of the Muslim girl murdered in Northern Virginia.

Jesus please help all of these victims and their families. Please guide the dead safely home to Your glory and heal the living victims in body and mind. Please care for those families who have lost loved ones or otherwise been affected. In Jesus’ Name we humbly pray. Amen.
