To the people who are pondering on entering into the CC or those who are in RCIA (like myself!), DON’T LISTEN to non-Catholics that try to discourage you!!! Whatever you do, DON’T LISTEN!!!

I was totally bombarded as most of you know and yes, I’ll admit, I was even TEMPTED to believe them but had the grace of Christ to help me discern that what they said was just wrong.

Please be aware that there are people who are anti-Catholic who SOUND friendly and think they know what they’re talking about…please be careful!
 
Good advice Paris.

I always try to tell those who are thinking of leaving, or not joining, because the all the “evidence” in the Bible that the Catholic Church is the most Biblical Church around!

Well, there is absolutely NO NEED for non-Catholics to be doing that! They’ll do ANYTHING and say anything to people who are interested in the Catholic faith to keep them from coming to the FULLNESS OF TRUTH. It’s just not right!

I believe that EVERY SINGLE SOUL that God ever made has the RIGHT TO KNOW THE TRUTH!!!

I would have to agree somewhat here. The need for Catechesis is very crucial, and to listen to what is contrary would only be confusing. Of course, that is if the Catechesis is sound. It wouldn’t do much if it is defecient, which would only serve to confuse even more.
