Every goal setting YouTube video, etc. talks about a morning routine. What’s great about being a Catholic is having the Liturgy of the Hours. My morning routine is my prayer time. What attracted me to my studio apartment was the “prayer corner.”
The day ends with Gratitude, setting up the next morning.
Bed made, Prayer, Breakfast.
