Ok…I was born and raised in Holland, and left when I was 26, since then I have officially surrendered my Dutch Nationality…and people like van den Akker are one of MANY reasons why! Good grief, someone HELP this woman, she’s obviously not thinking straight
Yes, Rotterdam (and actually, the whole ‘Randstad’-area, including Amsterdam, The Hague, Haarlem and Utrecht) has a massive problem with Antillian-gangs…granted, they deal drugs, live in horrible council high-rise-blocks where it smells of sick and everything gets vandalised, and often drop out of school by the time they’re 14. Yes, they are a HUGE problem…I have a friend who lives there and won’t go into the town-centre by herself, and if anybody rings her door-bell without calling her first she won’t open the door…so, yes, I do appreciate that Rotterdam has a massive problem. But…these Antillian gangs and drug-users/pushers and even the teenage moms, are a FRACTION of the Antillian population in Rotterdam! You can’t tar them all with the same brush (infact, most Antillians are very religious and believe in family-values like normal, law-abiding Dutch people!)…and FORCING Antillian women to abort because ‘Well, the child is only going to go into crime’…good grief, you could abort huge chunks of the British, American and actually…ANYWHERE…civilization…Thank goodness even her own party members think she’s nuts!

Forcing abortions, never mind contraception, on people is never -ever- an option regardless of a society’s problems.
I think it’s a form of genocide and shows a basic disrepect for human life on this woman’s part.
And it will backfire on her as well.

Let people choose to regulate when they have children.
Let people terminate pregnancies when those methods fail.
Let people terminate pregnancies whenever they want.
Let people hire doctors to help them commit suicide.
Let people make others abort their children whenever they think they know better than them.
Let people make others be ‘euthanized’ whenever they think their life is no longer productive to society.
Kill all those who certain people (backed by the media) figure their lives aren’t worth living.
It’s a slippery slope…

We are repeating history. We have forgotten the holocaust- even though there are survivors of it still living today. We are in another holocaust now- one with much fewer survivors.
