Forgetfulness...confession

I confessed yesterday and I am thinking about this one sin if I really did confess it or not but I am certain that I did!.. I remember I confessed it and there’s this thought that I didn’t confess it. It seems like a paradox. I don’t remember that I didn’t confess it, so that means I really did confessed it, right? . What should I do? Huhuh. Forgetfulness sucks.

Assuming you are not scrupulous if you did not deliberately withhold the sin you are forgiven and may receive Holy Communion. Just mention it at your next confession.

If you are scrupulous talk to your regular confessor.

this is my topic. this is what is holding me back from confession. things I forgot to confess or wasn’t even aware that I should confess them. Also, I have what seems to be so many sins, such as all the times I have angry thoughts about others – what does that fall under? delaying confession itself seems to a sin of pride, not immediately taking myself to the throne of mercy
