Forgot confirmation Saint name?

What if one forgets the confirmation saint name from long ago, and it is not recorded on the Baptismal certificate or confirmation record? (Is it supposed to be recorded?)
 
I think it might matter only if you were confirmed with your confirmation saint’s name and not your given name. Still, it’s not a great tragedy. If you can’t remember your confirmation saint’s name just choose a saint you’d like to be your patron(ess). Chances are you’ll choose the same one without realizing it. 😉
