From the Constitutions of The Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter, it is stated:

She (the Blessed Virgin Mary) forms all priests in the image of her Son.

How does Mary form the priests in the image of Christ Jesus?
 
Our Lady is the model of perfection and holiness - without sin but also human - and in this way she provides priests with an example to follow. She is also obviously close to her son and so by becoming close to her priests are consequently drawn closer to him.

Very nice and thought provoking response!
 
Surely Our Lady prays in a special way for priests to become more like her Son. And given the effectiveness of her prayers, I think this too can be called “forming” them.
