Isn’t this getting to the point of being personal here. How many programs is he going to do about the heretic Hannity. Ok Sean Hannity is wrong how about moving on to some improtant things in the church’s agenda uhh how about Fr correcting not only public media figures but his fellow brother priests and US Bishops who agree with Sean and even worse than Sean are pro-homosexual. Look Fr Euteneurer would have a lot more credibility if he went witch hunting about the members in his own organization who are heretics than making a name for himself off media figures but hey that just doesn’t give the kicks of getting the meida pub he is getting now. Just like he never said anything about the pedophile priest scandal he keeps quiet about fellow priests who are also heretical. Police your fellow priests and bishops Fr Euteneeurer and I might be convinced your not going after Hannity for the publicity you seem to be craving.

What’s to assume he has stated his case in his blogs, his website, on television, at a certain point you let it go before it becomes a personl issue, There is a lot wrong with the church tha one layman named Sean Hannity. Namely priests and bishops who also heretical on the side of homosexualtiy and life-issues. I dare say if Fr corrected his fellow priest we might not have this problem which trickles down to the laity. You can’t correcta problem from the bottom up. You correct problems for the top down. If anything tells us this it is the pedophile priest scandal were the bishops let the priests go free and the laity had to expose their hypocrisy. There is nothing new that will be added by this. Its become the catholic Rossie vs Donald. enough already. There is a better and more christian way to go about this and its not about making someon an example in the media which is what the pharisees did back in the day.Hey lets judge the heretic on the street fellas and pick up your stones. Jesus handled sin privately not through the town heretic hunters and so should we.

Fr. does admonish quite severely the other priest (sorry, do not recall his name just now) for supporting Mr. Hannity’s heretical views.

Your comments read as if you have not read anything that Fr. Euteneuer has actually said or what he has done in this situation, but are only making statements based on a surface understanding of the facts.

I believe that Fr. is doing a fine job of standing up for our Faith in the face of those who wish he’d shut up and go away. We need more good men like him in the Church.

Uh no Father has not done entire shows on a particualr bishop or priest who support heretical views and he sure the heck did not do anything about the pedophile scandal. Yeah he is coming out againt Fr Jonathan Morris who personally admonished Euterneuer for how he approached this matter and Fr Morris does not support the views of Sean Hannity your the one making statements based on the surface understanding of the facts Fr Morris agrees with the church teaching he disagrees with the Pharisse approach that Fr Euterneuer seems to have approached this with. Sorry our faith is not about calling out people on tv and name calling. IT is about teadhing the truth in a pastoral way like John Paul II and Pope Benedict have appoached church teaching. And no we don’t need people like this to scare people away from the catholic church as though he was the Inquisitor and us the laity were the subjects of the Inquisition it is the stereotype our protestant brethren paint of our clergy and this priests only feeds the stereotype of judgemental legalism without care for pastoral care and patience in teaching the sometimes hard to understand truths of the faith in a secularist world. SOrry but when 95 percent of your church does not understand a teaching you don’t come down on them with a hammer to get a point across. THis will take time and careful and informed cathechesis that focuses on education and not namecalling.
