I was listening to Fr Larry Richards this afternoon on EWTN Open Line 3:00pm Eastern.

Fr Larry told her to spend as much time as it takes with two quotes from the Bible. Meditate on them, read them, learn what they mean and continue until the Holy Spirt makes them part of you. It could take days or weeks.
