Franciscan Frians of the Immaculate…

A group of Franciscans dedicated to the Kolbean vision of porverty and Providence… A group that is easy for me to love.

Anyone have some experiences to share?

They give great retreats and conferences. We have a friary in Indiana at the “farm.”

The FFI are serious about the conversion of souls, much more so than many of the communities I have visited. (There are other Franciscans communities that feel more like a fraternity house, than a house of prayer. Not so with the FI.)

The Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate are young, orthodox, and not afraid of a little penance. They are sometimes considered the marines of the Franciscan order. A solid group.
