Franciscan Youth Conference

if you mean the summer youth and young adult conferences at Franciscan University of Steubenville, Ohio, they are the best such experiences you will find anywhere. So are the various conferences for adults. Now is the time to register, I think the site is franciscanuniversity.edu, and there is a place to click on conferences, bigtent I think.

I support FU and visit the campus nearly every year. I have been there during these conferences. (not attending the conference, just on the campus at the time) They seemed well attended and the program looked very good.
 
I’ve been involved in some capacity for over a dozen of them in my area (they have traveling ones too).

I’ve been a youth minister and brought teens…the effect on them was amazing. Chastity talks, commitment to Christ, considering religious life, etc

I’ve been a volunteer, and can see on the broader sense how they are run and the effect on teens.

I’ve played music for one, and that was incredible to watch it all happen.

Very very good.
 
They are excellent Conferences for youth and adults. Much good fruit comes from them. There is opportunity for Confession, Eucharistic Adoration, Mass (of course), praise & worship, along with many great speakers and testimonies. If you have the opportunity to go, do it! 🙂

The four Youth conferences that actually take place at Franciscan University in Steubenville are already sold out for 2008, but there are 14 other Steubenville Youth Conferences that take place in other parts of the country that look to still have space available.
