Are the First Order of Franciscans (OFM,OFM-Conventuals, OFM-Caputians) offering the Extra-Ordinary form of the Mass. I noticed the Dominicans have started.

You would have to check with individual houses.

I have looked at quite a few of them and haven’t noticed any of them offering the Extra-Ordinary form. Are they just being defiant of the Holy Fathers wishes?. I don’t think any mendicant orders are absolved from offering or “LEARNING” the extra-ordinary form of the Holy Mass. I’m just talking the First Order Franciscans here.
