Too bad I am none of the above.

I did get one free copy though. I guess it’s time to cough up the money. 😃

Finally have my subscription. Thanks for the reminder, prettiefly.

True Light, I must ask you. Since you did get access to a copy, how faithful to the Magisterium, our Holy Father, and the Vatican and our Church is it? In other words is it sound traditionalism, or more along the lines of the publications of right wing traditionalists, a la SSPX, SSPV, etc. that bash and criticise the Novus Ordo, Pope, the “post-concillar” church etc.?

It’s just if this is a worthwhile mag, it may be worth the price of a subscription for laity like myself. Otherwise, I don’t want a mag antipathic to the Church post Vatican II.

What a loaded question, LOL.

It is certainly a traditionalist magazine, so if that is not your cup of tea…

Good news though. You can view some past articles right here and decide whether you like them or not. 🙂

Okay … well so far it’s alright. I like this current sampler article:

latinmassmagazine.com/articles/articles_2001_SP_Ripperger.html

And the wheels in my head are turning with this one in light of the Pontifical council on Justice and Peace’s economic paper. I see an application.

Anyways, what I mean is how extreme are the views? Are they critical but proper or “Church/Pope/Novus Ordo” bashing" like SSPX publications?

Well the thing is bashing is in the eye of the beholder.

What you may see as bashing, I may see as “concerns”. 😃

Just read as much as you can and decide what you are comfortable with.

I used to subscribe to this years ago, thanks for the information.
