Free Sports online - not legal?

I found a site that streams live sports but it seems kind of iffy. It claims “Domain Protected Streams”. Would this be sinful to go ahead and use this site to watch some games if I’m not sure whether its legal or not?
 
It depends on where you are getting them from and what the source is and what you are watching.

For instance Ustream is a major website that was even used by presidential candidates in the 2008 elections and it just contracted with Foxsports to stream live baseball games (starts at 8pm tomorrow). Watching that would be completely legal.

ESPN allows you free access to some of their streaming sites if you have certain internet providers.

Some sites are legit, some are not.
 
I’m going to say no. Technology is creating all kinds of issues. When I was a kid I would record songs off the radio and make mixed tapes. I never once thought of it as sinful or stealing.
