Gay non residents can't marry in Mass

neither can gay residents, as they are not doing what marraige is 😛

Boston Globe columnist Eileen McNamara blasts the recent ruling by the Mass. Supreme Court saying the gay non-residents of Mass. can’t get a marriage license in the state of Mass. She deceptively exaggerates the original use of the law (it wasn’t strictly to forbid interracial marriages in the early 20th century) and believes that the ruling will come back to haunt the court. Hopefully, what will come back to haunt this same Supreme court is their original ruling making gay marriages legal in this state. The legislature will be taking up the question of whether same-sex marriage should be put on the ballot in 2008 in the near future. Let’s hope this next phase is successful. Pray for it
