Our parish is implementing the Generations of Faith cathecheticalprogram. They are saying that it is for the whole family since there are so many adult Catholics who are not clear about the Faith.
What they plan to do is to have meetings once a month. Someone will speak, and then the people will be divided into small groups to discuss the topic.
I tried to look on their site to get more info, but couldn’t really get a sense of what it was all about, since they were saying that they develop each module for the parish rather than having some kind of organized system.
Any info would be greatly appreciated–I can see how this could be a good thing (seems similar to the Legion of Mary discussion groups) or a bad thing–poorly catechized people trying to figure out things on their own.
thanks so much!
