GIRM in English w/o USCCB adaptations?

Is there a translation of the IGMR from Latin into English without the application of the adaptations of the USCCB for dioceses in the USA? I don’t know Latin well enough to understand the parts of the IGMR that are not adapted in the USA.

Two other English translations are available on the internet as PDF documents. The one for England and Wales is at catholic-ew.org.uk/liturgy/Resources/GIRM/Documents/index.html . The one for Australia was posted last week, it is at acbc.catholic.org.au/bc/liturgy/200707031933.htm and click on “Printable Version”.

These GIRMs have other adaptations, but not as many as the USA. I think in the 2003 USA GIRM, the words “United States of America” appears 21 times. In the 2005 GIRM for England and Wales the words “England and Wales” are used seven times (in n. 48, 87, 301, 346 and 393). In the 2007 GIRM for Australia I think “Australia” appears four times.

Generally the USA adaptations are indicated with the text saying so, for example: “339. In the dioceses of the United States of America, acolytes, altar servers, lectors, and other lay ministers may wear the alb or other suitable vesture or other appropriate and dignified clothing.” (From the 2002 GIRM approved for the USA, which can be accessed from romanrite.com/girm.html ).
