Does anyone know of any prayers against gluttony? I’ve been looking online and I can’t really find any.

Against Gluttony
Lord, thank You for the bounty of this day
That provided delightful things for the table
Let me look at food
With grace and enjoyment
Without overlooking my health.
Curb my appetite without begrudging me
The reasonable need to fill my basic hunger.
Rein my lack of control
With the knowledge
That the quality of my nourishment
Is more vital than the quantity of my cravings.
Keep me ever mindful of Your blessing
Not of how much more I can eat
But of how thankful I ought to be.
Amen.

My prayer against gluttony is not so fancy.
Dear Lord,
Please keep me from stuffing food in my mouth! Deliver me from temptation! Amen.

I have a different take on gluttony (how I hate that word!) as I have an eating disorder. I often say a prayer I learned in OA: I turn my life over to You, my Higher Power, and in return I receive the full use of my God-given potential.
That potential being, for me, the ability to eat like a sane person.

From a book called Saintly solutions to lifes common problems -Fr Joseph Esper - this is the prayer at the end of the chapter in gluttony (you may want to get it and read the chapter) Oh I am sure you know but gluttony does not refer only to food. Also as I always suggest Fr Mike Schmidt has some interesting perspectives on youtube. I don’t know if it’s ok to recommend him on here, but he is a Catholic priest and teacher so I guess. (ps forgive any error’s I am a terrible typist)
Here’s the prayer
Lord and Giver of every good gift
help me truly to appreciate all the You have
granted me, including the food I eat each day.
Let me not be gluttonous,
nor displease You by overindulging myself.
May the bread You give me be a source of energy,
health and strength, so that I may fulfil my duties and
do my part in working for the coming of Your kingdom.
Give me a generous spirit in responding to the needs of
the poor, and fulfil the hopes of all who trust in You.
Father, You give us the bread we need each day;
may we render unto You the glory and praise
that are Yours for all eternity. Amen
