God often talks about Israel as His bride. I get so jealous of that! I am single and I often view God as my Husband. I feel called to be His bride, but not called to be a nun. Although I do live a celibate life. I am in my 40’s now and have had 2 divorces. I just plan to live the rest of my days in love with God. Is it wrong to think of God as my Husband when He seems to be addressing Israel in this way. Can we take the analogy as we are “grafted” into Israel through Christ? Thanks!
