Man, I am just going through stupid things right now. Whether I should get this laptop or just buy a battery. Or should I do this? Or do that? I mean I realize that all people do is worry about getting, getting, getting. Nothing in this world is fulfillment. Except for the Eucharist. God is just the only Persons that can fulfill my needs and wants. He makes me suffer sometimes but I know it is worth it all in the end. What do ya’ll think?

Sounds good.

My insight for the day is that we are all born with a hole in our lives. The only way we can completely fill that hole is with God - and without meeting Him in the Eucharist, there is no finishing that completion.

Thank you, Lord Jesus!

It’s Called… LIFE … Has it’s ups&Downs bit like a Rollercoaster ride with no
Helmet or seatbelt. no Guard Rails. and it’s in the dark…
with Candles of hope along the way… Hang on and enjoy the ride… it can be fun !
providing you hang around positive people…

I think…

Acquisitions are self imposed barriers to joining with God.

I have a laptop with no working battery, I just use it plugged in instead.

Buying things never leads to happiness, material objects always rust or wear out.
Instead store for yourself riches in Heaven.
Use the money to help God’s blessed, the poor, the sick, those in need, and do it in His name and in secret.

Yeah but that’s what I mean. That is kind of a liberal view on it. I like Ruthie again’s post. How it is a hole that can not be filled. God made us with a heart but kept one piece for when we meet Him in Heaven.

Yes, we need God, not that he made the hole though. We do come into this world with original sin; so, it seems to us to be standard equipment in this human model. Adam and Eve had communion with God in Eden and we are missing that. My point is that God’s work in us was good and complete, but we are torn away from him by sinfulness. That leaves scars even after Baptism and all the sacrements. Christ died, rose again and carries the scars. Ours likely are less well healed.

Yesterday I thought this to myself, that it’s not about me or what I want anymore. It’s about him, I’ve been given a conscience that I need to use correctly.

Thank you for reminding me FrancisBenedict through Jesus and Our Lady Mary about the ‘in secret’ part. Sometimes becoming excited about Callings I cannot help but to share my joy in Jesus and Mother Mary’s Love, Wisdom and Concepts flowing through me and blurt the odd one out! Jesus and Mother Mary have come through you reminding me about Jesus Scriptures to only boast in God not be proclaiming what we have done for others; to other people.

I love you and enjoy your week!
