God, The New Universe & Natural Pain

Do you think that God will create another Universe in Heaven? If so, will there be natural laws like in this one? If that is the case, will there be natural pain in Heaven?
 
Pain is a learning experience. What is wrong with pain? To live without pain is to live without wisdom.
