Hey, my family’s been fostering some litters (Successively and very rarely together at the same time). The first litter was two boxer-hound mixes, survivors of their litter the poor ones, one was snow-white with different colored eyes. My bros called her snowball while her actual name was elise. the toher was black and white. We called him Rob. Then, we had to take care of nine dogs in addition to two of our own: gerti, a white-fluffy-looking 'collie mix (Or so they said, either not knowing or just yanking our chain) one year old… and her eight german shepard ‘collie’ mixes. Four boys… four girls, one with a half-tail (We called him Bing-bing/genady), one with a ring around his nose (ringo) and the two big 'uns were gorgio and Gustav… Heavy even when carrying both under arms. We gave almost all of them up except for Gerti (Now Ivy), because we loved her. Ivy became the third dog we would have in our house as an adopted pet. Ivy’s sister Chrissie gave birht to nine pups… fathered by Ivy’s mate (A GERMAN SHEPARD! Always wanted a pure german shepard). Anyways, we fostered three more pups: chocalate lab mixes. they came in small, medium, and large. We loved them all a nd Sasha (Our black lab/dachsund mix) was no longer the only lab in the house! We gave them away too. These days, Ivy follows only two people: Me and my stepmom. She doesn’t like my Dad because he yells at her for peeing in our house. Ivy rarely licks me… but she does it to Ali. Still, Ivy is mostly calm, sweet, gentle, and snuggles with us when we’re alone. As do Sasha. Max… Max is the only boy dog in the house and he’s nine! (A short-wirehaired terrier mix that’s more like my grandfather when he had my Dad, Aunt, and Uncle when they were kids… also looks like he’s got a beard.) Sasha’s about three or four… but still, we love them all… some more than others (My youngest brother’s scared to death of him… he’s only two years younger than that dog!) Sorry for the long back story… what do you think God does through Dogs?
