I don’t think anyone is addicted to their phones. the phone part is like a lesser used app.
It’s the internet they are addicted to.

My phone is already plenty boring without grayscaling the screen.

It’s a tool. I use it when I need to. I put it down when I don’t.

Some people don’t understand that I do not carry my phone around 24X7, in fact, my ringer is turned off more often than it is on.
