Going to Mass in Paris need some information

The hotel we stayed at in Paris, the elevator was so small, a person in a wheelchair would not have been able to fit.

As it was, the bellhop took us up to our rooms, then went and got the luggage because he couldn’t fit both in the elevator.

Yep. hotels built before elevators retrofitted with TINY elevators. That’s the same at the hotel I usually stay at.

But the OP’s mother isn’t confined to the wheelchair so that wouldn’t be an issue even if confronted with the tiny elevator.

Also make SURE the wheelchair that you take is made for outdoor use.

I once took my “use it sometimes” wheelchair to Italy. The welds on the chair literally fell apart because this chair was not meant to be used in outdoors/sidewalks/bumpy terrain.
