Hi everyone. I am getting ready to go the perpetual adoration chapel in my area. Could you all please pray for me that I would have a nice time there and that Jesus would bless me for going and seeing Him at this late hour? I hope that is not a selfish thing to ask.

Holly, I hope that your legs are feeling better.
May you be truly present to God who is truly present to you.

Yes Trishie, my legs are feeling much better now. 🙂 They stopped hurting very shortly after I posted the prayer request last night.

Anyway, I just got back from the adoration chapel and I was blessed while there. There was a scheduled adorer there who I can’t remember her name but she was very nice and she shared with me some stuff out of her Liturgy of the Hours book. 🙂 Also, I nearly cried a couple of times while adoring Jesus because I knew that I am in a state of mortal sin and it bothered me. I just simply said an Act of Perfect Contrition (which I meant and do believe I had perfect contrition) and let God handle it from there. For the most part though, it was a very good trip to the perpetual adoration chapel. 🙂

Praying for you and your intentions…

Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Praying for your intentions:

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.
