Hello, everyone. I’m not sure if I’m posting this in the right place. I couldn’t think of where else it should go.
I’m compiling a list of good (i.e. solid, authentic, orthodox) Catholic bookstores around the U.S. (for a project at work). I am doing a lot of Googling and finding some things that way, but I could use some more resources. I would like to find at least a couple stores for each state. This could be books, media, gifts, Catholic resources, or even just Catholic social/spiritual centers. This can (definitely) include parishes or college campuses.
If you know of some good ones in your state, could you post them here? Ultimately, I need all info such as phone, address, website, email. But if all you can give me is the name of the place and the city/state I can work with that!
The purpose of this project is that the organization I work for is putting together the upcoming 2009 Eucharistic Conference (many of you may be familiar with past ones–they are done every 2 or 3 years, in the years when there is no World Youth Day). This year the theme is on vocations. I am compiling the list of Catholic stores and centers as a base to advertise the conference to, once we get to the promotion stage. So, any help you can offer to my request will really be going for a great cause in my work and the work of the Eucharistic Congress 2009 to promote vocations.
