Anyone can recommend some? One I had in mind was:
  • One rosary
  • 15-30 minutes spiritual reading
  • Morning & Night prayers

Marvelous.

I make a morning offering on my knees first thing, renewing my intention to give all that day to Him.

Brief exam at night…what went well (Thank you God); what didn’t go so well (I am sorry, my Father), what I want to do better at tomorrow (Help me more). Act of contrition, 2-3 minutes.

A good spiritual routine, for me, usually changes up, after a few weeks.
I don’t care for the word ‘routine’ that much.
Sounds like how you describe a car dealership salesman.
Try to go with your spiritual intuition -
But have ten or so options you can be lead to 😇

I would recommend adding 15-30 minutes of Mental Prayer. In fact, make it a top priority next to the Rosary. It is essential to the interior life.

Make your life a prayer.
Most prayer is mental prayer, as many people don’t pray aloud on their own.

The Pieta prayer book is a nice little booklet. You can get it cheap on Amazon.

Of course, get a subscription to the Magnificat books. Wonderful.

One rosary is good. Morning Offering is good too (even if you end up doing it at 8 pm because you forgot)
I do daily Mass as much as possible.
I also have a set of prayers I have memorized and can say in the car whenever I need to drive.

Morning consecration to Our Lady and short morning prayer. Mass, adoration 3 to four times per week. I realise I am very blessed to be able to do this. Daily rosary. 5 decades. Some spiritual reading weekly. Volunteer at Parish, catechesis.

Currently doing 33 day consecration to Our Lady.

Adoration and mass and rosary are key.

Mental Prayer is a good idea for a least 15 minutes. Going to the Blessed Sacrament daily for at least a quarter of an hour is good too.

Rosary
Asking the saints whose feast day it is to pray for you, perhaps reading about their lives
Spiritual reading or listening to an audiobook
Mental prayer

Use what works for you. Pray as you can not as you can’t. Your suggested routine sounds good.

My prayer routine looks something like this:
Angelus
Morning Prayer & read daily Gospel with reflection
Morning devotion to Our Lady of Perpetual Help (3x Hail Mary 1x Glory Be and brief prayer)
(If I’m not in work I’ll do my best to attend Mass and say Midday Prayer)
Angelus
Evening Prayer
Evening devotion to Our Lady of Perpetual Help (3x Hail Mary 1x Glory Be and brief prayer)
Rosary
Compline or a form of Night Prayer before Bed (if I’m still awake)

It looks a lot but it’s not much really for someone who is single. Some days I can get to an evening Mass and Adoration so I may move things around a bit.

Whatever you choose allow a degree of flexibility (I hate moving things about as I like routine but it’s something even St Dominic allowed his Order as he knew there would sometimes be a need for flexibility).

If you’re going to pray a Morning and Evening Prayer you may find it helpful to use a set text as often found in devotional books, a Little Office, Shorter Morning & Evening Prayer or Liturgy of the Hours (for the latter there are good apps you can use).

My spiritual routine usually goes as follows…

A small morning prayer when waking up.
A Our Father and Hail Mary prayer before work.
A Our Father and Hail Mary prayer after work.
If I have time, I will pray a rosary.
I will do scripture studies time to time weekly.
Throughout the day I spontaneously pray.
And then I pray at night a Our Father and Hail Mary.

There’s great info here and I don’t want to stuff your schedule overfull,
But if you can fit in daily Mass, try too.
Also the Chaplet of Divine Mercy

And seriously, start slowly and don’t overwhelm yourself. Get a sense of when you can fit in spiritual activities and try to make it natural to your life (grace before meals, bedtime prayers)

Good luck
