I’m sure there are some good ones out there, but I only know of one that will be released in fall 2010 called the “Catholicism Project”. Fr. Robert Barron is putting this together it looks like it’s going to be really good.

Of course, if you want to get technical, get the complete Catechism series by Father Corapi. That’ll keep you busy for the next 20 years or so.
