Again, the FIRST thing we need to do is get R v. W overturned. Once that is done we can work on getting a state to recognize a fetus as a person…then when the libs attack, get it recognized by the SCOTUS.

As a transplant to SD, I was so happy when I heard the news that this bill was signed into law. Any protection afforded to the unborn is a step in the right direction.

I am saddened that a woman will be able to get the “morning after pill” in SD, at least until she has a positive pregnancy test. I can see doctors prescribing that one for any woman who walks in without actually performing the test.

The point brought up by Blase Cupich, Bishop of Rapid City, is that this law does nothing to change the hearts of the mothers. As long as people consider children a problem instead of a blessing, we will have abortion and child abuse.

Good point! I meant “when they take it to court”. The liberals won’t ever stop attacking…
