Grandmother in Hospice in her final days

My grandmother is in hospice and could leave this earth any day now. I am asking for prayer intentions, to protect her soul from being attacked by the devil as his final push to separate her from God.
 
Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace,
the Lord is with Thee.
Blessed art Thou among women
And Blessed is the fruit of Thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God
Pray for us sinners now
and at the hour of our death. Amen
 
Praying to God that in Jesus’ name, she has a peaceful passing.
Mother Mary, and St. Joseph, the patron of the dying, please intercede and help the OP’s grandmother have a good death.

I pray that the Lord makes her transition into Heaven a smooth transition. May He bless her abundantly. Amen.

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name. Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done, on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day, our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

She ended up passing last night. Now its up to God to judge her.
 
I know only God knows this but I keep thinking about our lords judgement. I don’t want her to be in hell, but again thats not my judgement.
I cant stop thinking about it.
 
Heavenly Father, please embrace Your children who are nearing their hour of passing. Please help them to feel Your love before going into Your arms. When it is their time to join You, please embrace them and let them pass feeling peace and Your love with no fear. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
