Gravity made me catholic

When I was a child I kmew very little of the catholic faith and was taught by my parents all religions are equal which really under minded my faith in God because I saw the world around us was ordered not disordered.

In my 20’s I started attending an evangelical church because they had an great coffee and big screen tv’ and it was something to do like going to a movie. I really like the message about one God but they taught and do teach that thier church was equal to other churches that teach different doctrine.

Fortunely I found 1050 am seattle catholic radio and the catholic church taught it was the true Faith and all other faiths where only partially true

So since God is a God of order I am catholic 🙂

Your discovery of Catholic truth seems to come somewhere between

Isaac Newton’s discovery of gravity (that you alluded to) and …

Nice essay on theology of gravity and certainly softens the somewhat gnostic bent I misapprehended on the evil of the material world. Does rather remind one of the floating saints, like Teresa of Jesus. Here’s Roy Masters’ gravity tome. Very interesting as an intuitive physicist. God bless the soul of Sir Isaac Newton, a relative of mine, and pray for me as I share some of his quirkier brooding tendencies. Thanks.
