Great Catholic Monarch Prophecy True?

Is this likely true? If so, will he rule the whole world or just an area? Is he destined to rise to the top and cannot be stopped? I am very concerned about this dictator being real. Some prophecies say that no one will be able to oppose him. Meaning he cannot be assassinated or overthrown. Would all revolutions against the tyrant be, in the end futile?

Is it possible though , he will not come for many thousands of years?
 
Never heard of it.

If it is outside of Scripture, then, it is private revelation at best and simple legend most likely.
 
It may be something from the apparition of Our Lady at La Sallette?
