Can you please name some pre 20th century catholic philsophers who contributed to arguments for the existence of God (exept Aquinas, Duns Scotus, Rene Descarte, Anselm and John Philoponus)?
It should be noted, Aquinas’ cosmological arguments were based on Jewish philosopher Maimonides, who in turn based his on Muslim philosopher Ibn Sina (Avicenna).
