I see if i were to pray and say i wouldnt do it again would i be able to recive the eucharist i certinally now know that if i do it again i wont be able to but right now??

The Church has always taught that normally only Sacramental Confession is sufficient to be allowed to Go to Commuinion.

I hope you are not mocking, Dazzi.

If you are, I am not the fool. If not, you need a bit more Catechism.

I dont understand what you mean i came on here to ask a serious question i dont think i would be mocking on any forum esspecially on a religous one and while im this streesed out.

I’m not sure why you are asking the question anyway. Your profile shows no religion at all!
To answer your question you CANNOT receive the Eucharist while in a state of mortal sin, and even if you were to make an act of perfect contrition you still CANNOT receive the Eucharist without going to Confession first.

Dazzi,

I accept your question after your protestation as being sincere, so take the original advice I gave of making an Act of Perfect Contrition, then as soon as possible go to Confession, and not go to Communion until then.

This is the common Catholic remedy for your problem, and really the only one.

That way, unless you suffer from Scruples, you will find peace.
