Greek orthodox and Ukrainian Eucharist

Everytime that my family pass a Catholic church we bless ourselves following the old Catholic custom.
But in the city that we live we also have a Greek orthodox Church and a Ukrainian church,should we be blessing ourselves then when we pass.
In other words does the Catholic church recognise their Eucharist as the real presence.

I make the sign of the cross when I pass any Christian Church, not because I endorse all they believe and teach but in honor of Jesus’s prayer “Father that they might be one”.
