I got mine my first year in aspirancy for the diaconate and it has been well used. I like how it ties to the CCC. For commentary and the such, I use other resources that go much more in depth, but it is one of the tools that I use. I also have both the green RSV2CE version and the brown NABRE version.

I like the green, too.It seems like this is a much loved Bible. I won’t be surprised if, when my Bible Study resumes, one or two more people have this Bible because of them asking questions about it during our last Bible Study.

I live that it references the Catechism in it. I also love the pages in the front that have all the scriptures for meditation and sceitupres for all the parables. I also likes All the Introductions.

A good Catholic Study Bible will normally have those introductions to give you some of the hermeneutics of the book. The real grace of the Didache Study Bible is the links to the CCC as others have noted.

Only thing I don’t like about it, the weight. Minor problem, but it is heavy with the hard bound covers. No more so than others though.

I had an ESV study Bible when I was Protestant. That thing was EXTREMELY heavy. But I suspect it’s because it was full of appendixes trying to convince readers why reformed theology is truth and how salvations works without tradition and the sacraments.
