I know that if you have one brown scapular that has been blessed, then all subsequent brown scapulars you have need not be blessed. Does this also apply to green scapulars or do they need to be blessed separately?

I believe each one has to be blessed. Since there is an enrollment in the brown scapular your are automatically entitled to the blessings when you change your scapular. Exception is when you change to a scapular medal (needs to be blessed). Therefore since there is no enrollment each green scapular is to be blessed.

Do you have to be enrolled in the green scapular to wear one? Can a non-Catholic wear a scapular and still receive the benefits/promises?

Yes, and in fact the green scapular is meant to help in conversions, which is why I wear one.🙂

The scapular has to be blessed by a priest. After that, you put it on, and SOMEBODY must say the prayer, at least once a day, “Immaculate Heart Of Mary, pray for us now, and at the hour of our death”. No “amen” as this is supposed to be an ongoing prayer. You say it, or a friend.

And for those of us wearing the brown scapular, even if not properly enrolled yet, we just leave it all in the hands and heart of Mother Mary, hope for the best, and pray anyhow. You still have to observe chastity according to your state in life
