Habitual thoughts of self hatred and despair

I procrastinated something I needed to do for a client and I can’t stop berating myself for it. I feel like I’m a loser and that I’ll never overcome my self-sabotage. I know these are lies from Satan, but I also read this thing by Ralph Martin that reaffirms the truth that salvation is hard and the path is narrow, which causes me to become anxious about sin and extremely depressed. I’m not sure what to do, and I wanted to ask for prayer that God would have mercy on me, and that I would be able to overcome these things with the grace of the Holy Spirit.

hello everyone. First of all I want to thank everyone for their prayers. By the grace of God, and the intercession of the Virgin Mary, I have been able to find relief from this tendency towards self hatred. I just thought I should update everyone on this since I didn’t want them to think this was still happening.
