Very cool. To many people seem to have disposable relationships these days. I hope 1/2 becomes 2/3 becomes 3/4 etc. Congrats.

You met him when you were sixteen years old? Most people don’t marry their High School sweetheart. That is very rare. Congratulations on a successful marriage in an age when half end in divorce. If you still call him your “sweetheart” after being married for almost 14 years, I’d say that’s a pretty good sign. :clapping:

By the grace of God, because we had some very tough times. Everyday I thank God. I wouldn’t change all the heart ache if that is what it took to get where we are today. More in love than ever -deeper, stronger, sweeter - and not taking it for granted!

i married my high school crush, although we didnt start dating till college. we have only been married a little over a month. we dated for a year and were engaged for a year and i have known him since i was 14 so about 8 years now. i adore him he is the absolute love of my life!

The love of my life ironically died almost 14 years ago this coming Wednesday…

I’ve been married to my husband longer than I was single: I was 23 at the time of our marriage, and we will celebrate our 25th in June!
