If you’re a hard determinist, can you have any moral value? Really, you can’t, because if you believe every act is determined, than we really have no control over what we, or others do, so there is no culpability. Sure, society may condemn them, but that in itself is determined and you can’t say that the act itself is instrinsically evil.
Of course, many people do not understand this concept which is why relativism is so rampant, and why many don’t take responsibility for their actions.
