Our diocese is implementing this program for all our parishes and I was wondering if you found it effective or was it difficult to get parishioners on board. In our parish, it seems it’s always the same few families and retirees that are involved in the majority of ministries and programs with the bulk of the parish just too busy to do small group meetings or volunteer projects.
I guess I’m a little skeptical about “programs” and the resources put in to them for what ultimately turns out to be very little in return.
