This is not a matter of being misguided.
This is a matter of being guided & controlled by satanic forces.
Can they be brought to Christ? Perhaps they can…but they would have to WANT to be redeemed.
Sociopaths don’t want forgiveness. They don’t want redemption. They don’t want anything except to destroy.

I do wonder when I hear about some of these abortion doctors…I wonder how many of them started out by torturing animals. I have a chilling feeling that if we knew how many of them started out by, say, setting a dog on fire, that we would have a whole new realization of what the Culture of Death is really all about. Of where it begins its corruption of a human heart & soul.

I don’t think satan is a part of it…it could merely be how they were raised and where they grew up. We can’t call them sociopaths unless we actually know that they are.

I believe that research has shown, and life has proven to us, that tthere are people who are beyond misguided. There are people who** choose** to do whatever pops into their heads. They choose torture, murder, rape, other violent, destructive actions because they cannot feel any normal human emotions.
They have gone beyond anything except sheer destruction…There are people like this in the Bible. There are people like this in all of history.
They feel nothing, and in order to feel something, anything, they pursue violence. These people have chosen the demonic over the Divine, because the Divine does not make them “feel”…and this is all that matters to them: the pursuit of a feeling. Any feeling. But because they are so twisted,so demonically skewed, they want to hurt. They want to destroy.
And yes, as I said, I believe that the abortionists we recoil from, they are among this number. They have gone so far beyond humanity, that they need more. More pain, more blood, more destruction. What could be a more suitable occupation for these people than a “doctor” in an abortuary? After all, this is the ultimate thrill: When dogs, cats, rodents–whatever creatures–are no longer enough to feed their need for a thrill, who better to kill than unborn children? Who is more innocent, who is more helpless?

But it begins with animals. Always. Every single time. Eveery serial killer, every serial rapist, every monster in human form began somewhere. And that "somewhere is always the same: animals. Then higher animals. Then human beings.

I am not saying that these people could not be forgiven by God if they were to turn to Him.
I am saying that they will not turn to God. Because that would require feeling sorry for what they have done. And, as I say: sociopaths, psychopaths feel nothing. Literally nothing, except the “high” of shedding blood, of causing intractable pain.

And so I repeat: They need to be kept where they cannot do what they want to do: kill, torture, maim.
These people are, by definition, sociopaths & psychopaths. That is what sociopaths are: People who have sold themsleves to the devil’s side for another “thrill”. They show what they are when they do the monstrous things that they do.

God help their victims. God help us all, so long as they walk freely among us.

Setting fire to a dog is, by its very nature**, sociopathic behaviour.**
** Tying a dog up so it cannot seek shelter on the coldest night of the year (18 F below zero temperature, not adjusted for windchill*) is sociopathic behaviour.**
It doesn’t take a psychiatrist to know a sociopath; all it takes is an observer who sees what they have done. To do these things is to be sociopathic.
And if they will do this to a dog, they will do it to a child. They will do it to anyone and anything. Just because they can.

Satan is involved, just as he has been involved from the very beginning. The father of lies is not content with rebelling against God himself; he must needs drag others into playing his filthy games.

Although you have some good points, I think you’re possibly overstating the psycological ramifications of sociopathy. We don’t know for certain if all of them feel any normal human emotions…while it may be likely, I think this perhaps may be an overgeneralization. Same with animals. We don’t know for a fact that every single sociopath has tortured animals. It’s likely, yes, but we can’t throw it out there as fact.

We are all familiar with the image of the scumbag skinhead with a fierce-looking dog on a chain. It’s an extension of the image they wish to show to the world: anger, hatred, aggression.

Perhaps some perspective would help. From GOD’s perfect perspective, any one of us here has committed probably thousands of acts as detestable to God as the actions of these kids are to you. What was HIS response? To come to earth as a mere man and subject himself to humiliation, torture and execution in order to save as many of those wretches as superhumanly possible.

All of us like to be horrifed at the sins of OTHERS. It makes us feel good and righteous to turn up our noses at animal abusers, prostitutes, drug abusers and gays. But in the final analysis, we’re as dependent on Mercy for our ultimate future as they are.

If you find that you hate these people and can see no way they can ever be forgiven, you SHOULD be in mortal terror of your own fate!

This is an interesting debate. For what it’s worth I think that sociopaths may only be able to form attachments with animals. We are all familiar with the image of the scumbag skinhead with a fierce-looking dog on a chain. It’s an extension of the image they wish to show to the world: anger, hatred, aggression.

What was HIS response? To come to earth as a mere man and subject himself to humiliation, torture and execution in order to save as many of those wretches as superhumanly possible.

All of us like to be horrifed at the sins of OTHERS. It makes us feel good and righteous to turn up our noses at animal abusers, prostitutes, drug abusers and gays. But in the final analysis, we’re as dependent on Mercy for our ultimate future as they are.

If you find that you hate these people and can see no way they can ever be forgiven, you SHOULD be in mortal terror of your own fate!

Also, even if these people ARE sociopaths, as long as these people are still alive on Earth, there still could be a chance that they could have a change of heart. We have heard of physical miracles, where people were cured of physical illnesses. Why not spiritual miracles? Couldn’t they happen?

Yes, I agree that, if these people have the signs and symptoms of sociopathy and were diagnosed with such, they should be locked up for the safety of the public. BUT, they should be treated as people, no matter how these or other people do not WANT to.

I should and DO feel horror and hate for what sociopathic people do…but for what they are DOING not only to OTHERS but to THEMSELVES, for what they have CHOSEN for THEMSELVES.
